Unlike conventional PVC vinyl flooring, ours contains no plasticizers, including harmful phthalates. To make our designer vinyl flooring elastic, we use a natural, bio-based plasticizer: oil derived from soybeans. This allows it to meet all the criteria for low-emission living.
Our designer vinyl flooring offers a pleasantly quiet and soft feel underfoot. Yet it’s incredibly durable. You can’t see its robust nature; it’s hidden within the material and its clever construction. It hardly matters what happens on it. Water, dirt, and even dog paws are no problem for it. Design vinyl flooring Pro is 2.5 millimeters thick. A professional glues it directly to the subfloor. Thanks to its low profile, this flooring is ideal for renovations.
Sōya Perform — the performer
Perform design vinyl flooring is a 6 mm thick, multi-layered powerhouse for all situations. Thanks to its rigid, plasticizer-reduced core board, it’s ready for use anywhere and is even resistant to water.
Sōya Comfort — the comfortable one
Comfort design vinyl flooring is a 9-millimeter-thick, multi-layered floor with a wood core. It is particularly suitable for wood enthusiasts who don’t want to forgo the robust nature of a designer floor.

Comfort Seal meets the Nalfa standard (24-hour water resistance) and is installed as a floating floor.
